Shake the bottle before use. Pour 2-3 capfuls into running water. After bathing dry gently with a soft towel and relax in a warm room. For best results after strenuous exertion combine with Arnica Massage Balm, Muscular Pain Relief Oral Spray or Arnica Bumps and Bruises Skin Salve.
Not recommended for children under 3 years of age.

Strong smelling
This comes in a lovely glass bottle which i liked the idea of. Put a capful in the bath and it felt lovely but to be honest the smell was too strong for me which has put me off a bit. Will continue to use as it did feel nice on my skin but maybe i will try a different fragrance next time.

Works amazing on bruises
Love this bath milk and it really does help with bruises. I notice they go away much quicker after using this. The bath milk is so relaxing and I can feel my tense muscles destress when using this. There is a nice subtle fragrance. This is definitely worth the purchase.
