Custom and personalized orders
I am happy to work with you on special requests, custom, and personalized orders. Just contact me and together we will create the perfect item.
Production Time
Most soaps are made to order and ship in 2-4 business days. Large orders will take longer, as may orders placed in November and December. If your order is time-sensitive, please let me know.
Gift Orders
If your order is a gift and you would like it mailed directly to the recipient, please enter in their address at checkout. I am happy to include a note if you let me know what you would like it to say.
Shipping Materials
Your item(s) will be shipped using recycled, re-purposed, and/or biodegradable shipping materials. Most often, the bubble wrap and packing peanuts will be on their second or third tour. I don't buy packing peanuts or bubble wrap. I reuse them from items that have been shipped to me.
Sulfates and Parabens
Karen's Soap Co. soaps are detergent-free and do not contain SLS or Parabens.
