Firstly, this piece begins with a pure white ceramic base which has been glazed using a slightly glossy finish. Then various shapes and design features have been added to give each planter distinguishing characteristics for each animal. The cat has ears, the pig has a nose and the sheep has a beautiful scalloped edge.

Following that, each planter has been beautifully hand painted in a variety of shades and patterns, depending on which animal. Also, each planter is set upon little legs, to further enhance the visual appeal.

The planter is made without drainage holes, making them ideal for use indoors.
