I noticed you shipped out my item, can I please have a tracking number?
If you want a tracking number, please notify us before purchasing your item. It is an additional fee so we do not offer tracking with standard shipping.
Custom and personalized orders
Custom orders are available- please contact us for further details. Additional costs will be dependent on extra materials, work time and specific design.
We usually take 1-3 business days to provide a lo-res digital proof for a custom order. It's shipped once it's approved.

Due to the amount of people who do NOT purchase their custom order after I have finished it, I will only be doing custom orders AFTER the order is purchased! I am sorry for the inconvenience.

Are your mugs microwave and dishwasher safe?
Absolutely! Our mugs are microwave and dishwasher safe. I have been using mine for 2 years now and have had no issues :)
I received my item but it was damaged in mail. What do I do now?
We package our items as best as possible so they are not damaged while shipping. And we ship all around the world with the same packaging.
That being said, sometimes the postal companies don't handle them properly which results in damaged items which is beyond our control.
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item with clear pictures of the damage and we will send a replacement.
Please note, refunds are not acceptable for items that the damaged during transit.
