Shipping
I use recycled packaging materials wherever possible.
Your order will be sent to the shipping address mentioned in your Etsy profile and on the invoice of your purchase. Be carefull to check your shipping address before purchase.
Please note that I am not responsible for any shipping fees if an item returns as an unclaimed package. The returned item will be put up for sale in our shop again, unless the buyer requests it to be reshipped at their own expense.
Delays
I always obtain a proof of postage for every item and I make sure every item is packed as safely as possible. If your order hasn't arrived within estimated delivery time, contact me.
Please understand, that Etsy-Sellers are not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal service companies.
Damages during shipping
I take great care in packaging. If the package will though be delivered damaged, please inform the courier directly at the door and document the damage with photographs. Keep also all packaging and boxing materials.
