Sizing details
Please specify your ring size upon checkout when purchasing.
Sizing can be done on most rings 3-4 sizes up or down! :)
My jeweler typically takes 3-6 business days to complete orders (usually closer to 3 days) and charges 45-. Please note that once rings have been custom sized and altered for you, they may not be returned. See the section in my Etsy shop titled "Sizing, custom ring sizing" to add this service to your shopping cart on Etsy. :)

I do not offer returns for items that have been custom sized and altered at your request so if you are unsure about an item it may be best to have it sized by your local jeweler just in case.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Your item/s will come boxed in a new presentation box (or antique presentation box when applicable). If the piece is a gift, please let me know and I will try to wrap it in a special and appropriate way! :)
Can I make a request for shipping to a different address other than the address of record on my Etsy/Paypal account after purchase?
As with all shops on Etsy (or any other online selling venue) we are only able to ship and insure your package using the address on record at the time of purchase. Packages shipped to other addresses or forwarded void the insurance policy with Paypal and USPS. Please check your address on your account Prior to purchasing to ensure your package is shipped to the address you would like. We are unable to change the shipping address after purchase due to Etsy and Paypal policies. Thank you for confirming your personal address information before purchase!
Layaway payment plan options
Yes, I do offer Layaway for all items over $200.00! Please convo me for more information if you have an interest and I will update the listing for you! :) Payment can be split into thirds; the first 1/3 is due to hold an item for you and then the remaining 2 payments over the next two months if desired. Please note that items that are paid for in installments are not eligible for returns unless the item was misrepresented or listed incorrectly. If payments are stopped mid-plan prior to pay-off being completed, a store credit only will be issued for the amount received thus far.

Insurance for packages containing jewelry
All items under $400.00 are shipped USPS Priority Boxed (and in a presentation box) within the USA with full insurance, adult signature required. Items above $400.00 are shipped Registered Priority Mail, (with presentation box) adult signature required. Please select the guaranteed 2 day Express shipping option if you would like the most rapid option. Jewelry MUST be shipped to the verified CONFIRMED address registered to your Paypal/Etsy account~~~no exceptions~~~. If you require your package to be shipped to a different address than that of record, please update your information prior to your purchase. Taxes and customs duties for overseas shipping, if any charged by your country, are of course the responsibility of the buyer. :)
International Shipping
I offer shipping to many countries, convo me if you have additional questions regarding international shipping. Shipping times will vary according to distance and country customs policies but will typically take about 12 business days. Customs duties levied/VAT, if any, are the responsibility of the buyer.
Lost packages
Packages will ALWAYS require signature proof of delivery and insurance but in the unlikely event that your package/item is lost in the mail it takes 30 calendar days from the scheduled delivery date before I am allowed to file a claim on your behalf for the insurance that you purchased with your shipping costs. After the claim is filed it can take 10-21 days to receive payment from USPS. As soon as I receive their payment I will refund you immediately. Most times your insured item is at the local post office waiting for ID/signature pickup. :)
Please do not use a faux US shipping "address" as your mailing address for overseas shipping purposes such as provided by Aeropost or similar as we will not be responsible for forwarding.
Can I return my engagement ring after the return policy period lapses if we change our mind or if we break it off in the future?
Sorry, no we are unable to accept returns for any reason after the stated return policy lapses.
Can I pay with my credit card on Paypal as a guest if I don't have or don't want a Paypal account?
Yes! You may now checkout using your credit card with Paypal as ONLY a guest (one time use). Just click on the Paypal icon near your cart and it will prompt you through a couple simple steps to checkout.
