This is an edited review. In my original review I complained about the crown of the ring I ordered being hollowed out underneath. Upon seeing my dissatisfaction with the product, Krikor (the owner), reached out directly and offered to make a brand new ring with a solid crown at NO ADDITIONAL COST. THAT is TRUE customer service people! And mind you, he did all this without so much as hinting that he’d like me to change my original review, so please know that this is being done on my own volition purely because he completely changed my entire view of his product, his customer service & therefore his business overall. I’m now having him design custom pendants for me so that shows you how delighted I am with Krikor and his company’s quality and ethos. HIGHLY recommend!!!!
