If you provide a reference that is less than 1 hour of prep time, there is no additional charge. For example – a personalized logo, word changes on our pre-made designs, or other minor adjustments.

For custom files we accept all file types with a preference towards illustrator .ai/.svg vectors, photoshop .psd, or high resolution .png/.jpeg designs.

We do our best to measure out everything accurately. Naturally, products will be a few millimeters off perfection with sanding, assembly, and occasional human error. Pricing is based on the longest dimension of the product and amount of material used if more layers are involved.

Currently we do not have options for gift wrapping or packaging.

We like to reduce the cost of everything for both parties by using as little material as possible with the most safety for the product in transit. Small orders are sent in bubble mailers, medium in cardboard mailers, and custom or large are hand assembled from recycled cardboard. We encourage you to recycle your mailers!

Wood is a natural product. Over time, water damage and natural changes in the environment can degrade the quality of a product. If you have any issues we are happy to replace anything at a greatly reduced cost within reasonable accommodations.

If you’d like extra protection on your purchase, we recommend coating it in an epoxy resin, additional polyurethane, or contact us for options we can provide for an additional fee.
