TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT
By purchasing Betsy Rainbow's designs you agree to the following TERMS OF USE.

1.COPYRIGHT
The copyright of all works belongs to Betsy Rainbow. All rights reserved.
The copyright is NOT transferred with the purchase of the digital files.
All Betsy Rainbow's items will be resold. Other sellers may use them.

2. SMALL COMMERCIAL LICENSE
All items in Betsy Rainbow include a small commercial license (up to 100 sold items)
This license is for small business use only, NOT for mass producing. See below for use of this license.

2A. HANDCRAFTED ITEMS
OK for using and selling in handcrafted items or NON-DIGITAL ITEMS AS PART OF AN OVERALL DESIGN
Such as: invites, invitation cards, wedding cards, birthday cards, party decorations (cupcake toppers, labels, favor tags, gift wrap, etc.), buttons, pendants, iron-on transfers, labels for onesies, etc.
If you have any questions, please convo me before purchase.

2B. DIGITAL FILES
OK for using and selling in DIGITAL FILES, AS PART OF AN OVERALL DESIGN, such as:
- Invites and greeting cards for any occasions
- Banners and avatars for Etsy shops or the likes
- Business cards, personalized labels tags or stickers, etc.
- other personalized items

NOT OK for selling:
- as part of a digital package, such as sticker sheets, scrapbooking packages, digital kits, collage sheets, clipart collections and the likes
- files as they are or part of them.

NO GIVING AWAY as a freebie, SHARING or list as a resource in download file websites.

If you have any doubt, please convo me before buying.

3. CUSTOMIZATION
All items are selling as they are.
If you need a pattern or clipart in a specific color or a different file format, convo me for customization service (minimum $10), I will see if it is possible and set up a custom order.

4. SOFTWARE AND SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE BEFORE YOU BUY
Please make sure you have enough experience or knowledge to use your software to:
- download and unzip files
- work with PNG, JPG files
I am not able to send unzipped files by email for use on tablets.
I am not able to provide instructions on how to work with my designs, or which software you need.
Due to the nature of digital files, there will be no refunds. If you have no idea on how to use JPG and PNG Items, please don't purchase it! Thanks : )
