Payment
If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still checkout through PayPal with a debit or credit card by using their guest checkout. This help article will walk you through that process: http://www.etsy.com/help/article/361
If you pay by eCheck through PayPal, your order will not ship until the payment has cleared. PayPal will notify both of us by email when this has happened.
Please contact us via the etsy conversation system if you need to reserve an item- upon request items will be held for a maximum of 7 days.
Shipping
It is your responsibility to know your countries import rules and regulations. This would include knowing whether or not you may need to pay for any applicable custom duty and/or import VAT that may be levied on your purchase once it reaches your country.
Please don't ask me to claim your order as a gift or alter the true value on the customs declaration form, so you don't have to pay customs duties. It is illegal for me to do so and I will not oblige.
If shipping costs are over by more than $2.00 we will gladly send a refund for the difference.
Insurance is not included unless stated.
WHERE'S MY ORDER?
If your order is taking longer to arrive than what is indicated above based on your location, you should first contact your delivering post or customs office and provide them with your tracking number specified in the shipping manifest. They should be able to help you track it down or give you more information on what might be causing the hold up. If that doesn't pan out, please let me know and I will work with you and the postal service to figure out what may be causing the hold up.

We do not give away free items for review, accept trades, or currently entertain wholesale inquires at this time. However, we do offer quantity discounts on large orders of 5 or more of the same item. Message us for details.
