This simple poncho is easy to make and surprisingly warm. It was FREEZING when I took these photos, and while my poor husband was shivering, I was pretty toasty.
It's a perfect mid layer for really cold climates since it doesn't have sleeves to bind up inside your outer layer.
My favorite feature though, is that it can be worn in two different ways. Wear it with the front and back panels facing out as a traditional poncho, or turn it sideways and it's like a totally different design. I love it :)

#5 Bulky yarn
I used Buttercream Luxe Craft Angel Hair #5 Bulky yarn
Color A : White
Color B : Black & White
Crochet hook size 8 mm
Scissors

This poncho is made in 2 separate pieces and then joined together ( Front and back panels are made the same ). The collar is added later

Color A : 550( 590, 630, 670 ) yards
Color B : 420( 450, 480, 510 ) yards

Gauge blocked : 9 hdc X 6.5 row = 4"

XS/S = 35.55" Width X 24" Length
M/L = 40" Width X 25.23" Length
XL/2XL = 44.44" Width X 26.46" Length
3XL/4XL = 48.88" Width X 27.69" Length
