Custom and/or personalized orders are not returnable or refundable.

The time would be between 1-2 weeks before shipping. The turnaround time also depends on the amount of piñatas you requested and the current orders I'm working on. I will start working on your order, once your payment is received in full. If you have any questions, please feel free to message me.

If you need a RUSH order, I will charge a Rush fee ( listed in the shop). Select the rush fee amount based on the subtotal before shipping and taxes. Rush fee is to put your order ahead of everyone else. This only affects production time, not including shipping. Please select the shipping option that will ensure on time arrival. Message me prior to ordering to confirm I can accommodate your rush request.

Please verify that your mailing address is updated/correct in your account. This will be the address to where I will send your order. I'm not responsible if the package is sent to the wrong address. Message me if the address needs to be fixed and I'll be more than happy to fix it before it ships.

Please understand that delays in the postal service may occur and they are out of my control. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to weather, customs delays or client address errors. We are not responsible for time lost due to failed delivery attempts. If your order is marked by USPS as delivered and you do not have it, contact USPS immediately.

I like to recycle 😁. My mini piñatas are hand drawn, cut, and made out of sturdy, recycled cardboard boxes (the type of box you will use for moving). No box brands or design will show. The cardboard I mostly use is blank and not used. Depending on the provider, the type of crepe or tissue paper may be different or may have different tones due to batch production. This is standard in any industry where dyes are used and one batch of product may result in a slight color variation.

All the piñatas are carefully packed for shipping. Mini and centerpieces are packed in clear, plastic cello bags. Bigger piñatas will be packed with air pillows inserts, bubble wrap, or tissue paper for protection.

Since I recycle, you may probably see a used box from Amazon or any online retail store.

I take pride in what I do and if you are not satisfied with the purchase, please message me and I will try to solve the issue in a case by case basis. If the buyer requested a custom or personalized order, such as adding names or dates, return or exchanges are not accepted, and can't be refunded.

Please do not "Return To Sender" (RTS) without contacting me. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All returns must be approved first and returned within 7 days of receipt. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges, which should include tracking.

Yes, if you leave near the area, we could agree to meet at a coffee shop or public area near me and coordinate pick up/delivery. I do not travel to your location or "middle point", unless I am or will be near the area.

If a package returns to us as undeliverable/return to sender/unable to forward, I will be reaching out to the customer to notify. Shipping charges for re-shipping will be customer's responsibility. If your order was "free shipping", customer will pay for re-shipping. Any custom or personalized order is non-returnable and non-refundable.

Please check the address you have in your Etsy profile to avoid packages being lost or returned due to no address to forward, wrong address, etc.

Due to the different screen resolutions from your electronic devices, colors will look slightly different when you receive the product. If in doubt of colors for an item, please feel free to reach out to get clarification. I like to reply immediately within the first 15 to 30 minutes after receiving your message. You can also select the "custom color" option and let me know what colors you need or make your own color combo.

The client is responsible for any loss or stolen packages. If your area is prone to "porch pirate" activities, it is the client's responsibility to provide an address where packages can be delivered safely. I DO NOT AND WILL NOT replace any orders due to lost or stolen items. Once the carrier marked the package as delivered and you don't see it, check with your neighbors or surrounding areas of your house. Some shipping carriers will place packages in a secure area, away from prying eyes.
