Shipping times are varied based on your location. Most orders shipped within the United States take 3-5 business days to arrive. Orders shipped outside of the United States will take 2-4 weeks depending on your location. Please understand shipping times are different than processing times.

In the event you receive a damaged item, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery. Please message us via the Etsy messaging system or email a photo of the damaged item along with a description of the damage to be eligible for a free replacement to the following email address: riversidebridal77@gmail.com

Please note we will need a picture of the damaged item as well as a picture of the box the item was shipped in (showing the damage).

In the event you receive an item that was made in error, please send a photograph along with a description of the Item that was made incorrectly and we will mail you a replacement as soon as possible.

Some packages can experience delays beyond our control through the shipping companies we use. Because we have to rely on shipping companies, we CANNOT guarantee arrival dates UNLESS Expedited shipping services have been purchased. Unfortunately, we have no control over the shipping process once the package has left our hands and into the carriers. We will do everything in our control to ensure that your order is shipped in a timely manner, however, we cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping due to the USPS or other shipping carrier.

All cancellations must be made within: 1 hour of purchase, NO EXCEPTIONS!!

Proofs are available upon request only. Due to our order volume, we simply cannot provide a proof for every purchase automatically. We hope you understand :)

During peak holiday seasons we cannot provide proofs for purchases unless it is a completely custom design due to the order volume we receive.
